We start with a foundation of crisp, golden puff pastry, layered with silky vanilla pastry cream. At its heart, fresh banana slices bring a natural sweetness and softness, a nod to the heart of Banoffee.
The entire creation blooms with our signature Caramel Mascarpone Whipped Cream — light, airy, and deeply caramelized, piped petal by petal like a sunflower in full bloom. Crowned with sesame-crusted choux puffs for a delicate crunch and finished with touches of gold, it's a perfect balance of textures: crisp, creamy, fresh, and cloud-like.
