Freshly Baked Cakes

All our cakes are baked fresh to ensure the highest quality and taste. To facilitate this, we have specific ordering procedures.

1. Ordering

Advance Notice: All cake orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance.

2. Checkout Instructions

Pickup/Delivery Time: Please indicate your preferred time for pickup or delivery on Cart Page.
Pick Up: As per locations and times below.
Delivery: We can call Gogovan for you Mon–Sat, 11:30 AM–6:30 PM. Delivery fees payable COD, roadside pick up only. Subject to HKD $1 admin fee charged on our website.

3. Contact Information

Customers must provide a contactable phone number during checkout to ensure smooth communication regarding your order.

DELIVERY CONTACT:

Please make sure you leave a contactable telephone number, without it, we cannot confirm your order. Any undelivered items will be sent back to our bakery for self collection, and will not be refunded.

CAKE CONDITION:

Whilst we do everything in our power to provide a well-structured cake, we understand the risks of transportation, therefore, if cakes are received damaged, please call and send us photo asap (WhatsApp 98584558) within two hours of delivery. We will credit you towards your next purchase.

RESCHEDULING (CHANGE OF PLANS/INCLEMENT WEATHER)

Whether it's changes to your celebration plans or during inclement weather, your cake order may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ advance notice, but the new date must be within one month of the original date.

All changes must be made due to reasonable causes, such as ingredient availability. Additionally, best-seller cakes are not available on Sundays.

Please note that no refunds will be provided in all cases.
